A network for research and development in Benin
The CERDI Bénin is an academic and civic network committed to applied research and integrated development in Benin. Since its founding, it brings together researchers, practitioners and development actors around a shared vision.
Our multidisciplinary approach brings together experts from various fields — economics, sociology, law, political science — to address development challenges in an integrated and holistic manner.
Our Mission
To promote applied research, training and civic engagement for sustainable and inclusive development in Benin. We work to strengthen the capacities of local actors and produce knowledge useful to policy makers.
Our Vision
To be the reference network for integrated development research in Benin and to radiate throughout West Africa, by bringing together knowledge and actors around a shared and ambitious vision.
