The signing ceremony was held on 15 May 2026 in Cotonou in the presence of the Director General of IRD and the President of CERDI Benin.
This partnership provides for the establishment of a network of 50 meteorological stations in the main agricultural areas of the country, as well as training programmes for local agronomists.
A budget of €3.2 million over five years has been allocated to this joint programme.
