The CERDI Alumni Network of Benin had the honour of being received by the President of the African Fund for Guarantee and Economic Cooperation (FAGACE) as part of the preparations for the first edition of the African CERDI Alumni Network Day (JARCA 2026).
This meeting presented the vision, ambitions and main activities of JARCA 2026, under the theme:
“What model of economic development for African economies in the age of artificial intelligence?”
The particularly rich and constructive discussions focused on the challenges of structural transformation of African economies, development financing, innovation, artificial intelligence and the role of African institutions in supporting the continent's economic changes.
