Field🔎 visit and technical exchanges in Adja-Ouèrè

The Cerdi-Alumni Network of Benin made, on Saturday, December 13, 2025, a visit to the Elite Cooperative of Benin, located in the commune of Adja-Ouèrè (Plateau Department).

This mission allowed the delegation to:

✅ visit the cooperative's processing facilities and production sites;

✅ exchange with managers on administrative and financial management tools (sales books, cash-bank journal, summary and inventory sheets).

The discussions also opened up prospects for partnership, with the aim of:

• strengthening the governance of the cooperative;
• alignment with administrative and financial standards;
• support towards the certification of accounts, in accordance with national and sub-regional requirements.

This visit illustrates the commitment of the CERDI-Alumni Network of Benin to support agricultural cooperatives towards a more professional, sustainable and competitive management.
