About
JARCA 2026, organized by CERDI Benin in partnership with CNRS and Université Clermont Auvergne, will bring together researchers, practitioners and decision-makers from over 20 African and European countries for three days.
Four Thematic Sessions
- Session 1 — Accounting and Governance of African Organizations: Accounting practices, reporting, corporate governance in the African context.
- Session 2 — Auditing, Control and Compliance in the Digital Age: Digital audit transformation, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity and regulatory compliance.
- Session 3 — Taxation, Development Finance and Resource Mobilization: International taxation, tax evasion, SDG financing in Africa.
- Session 4 — Public Accounting and Local Government Finance: Public accounting reform, local government performance, budget transparency.
Key Dates
- June 30, 2026: Paper submission deadline
- July 31, 2026: Notification of acceptance
